WOW! What a busy last few weekends. I can always tell that the holidays are right around the corner when my phone doesn't stop ringing. I love this time of year!
I started out Nov. 14th by taking bridal portraits for Tracy. Her photographs turned out so beautiful!! I promised her I wouldn't share them on my website until after her wedding, which just happens to be in June! I'll have to wait....but she did awesome! She was such a joy to work with, and best of all, we had fun doing it.
Nov. 15th- Met up with a past client, Kristin and her family. I haven't seen her boys in nearly a year and a half, and they have GROWN! They kept me on my toes though. Between the football tackles and taking off after I had them sit, I got a work out! They were just so full of energy...ahhh, to be a kid again.
Kristin also brought along her friend Suzanne and her family. It was so fun to photograph Suzanne's Daughter! She was so darling.
Nov. 21- It was a nasty, cold, rainy day, but Cara had already booked me and we were determined to get a few good shots in all that nasty weather. Well, WE DID!
Her little boy was so full of life, and I think he's going to be a track star because HE CAN RUN! He stood still about 3 seconds and then he was off again. I love that age! They are so curious!!
Here's a few from our session

Nov. 22- I was able to see my dear Joie and Jason! 2 years ago I took their engagment photos (They are still on my site) and last year their wedding photographs. I love this big Italian family! Joie and Jason just had a baby about 8 months ago, and I finally got to meet him!! Wait till you see his cheeks!! He was so handsome! And has his Momma's hair. It was so good to see them again!
Nov. 25- Today I am off to Magnolia for Thanskgiving. Saturday night I will be enjoying a great evening with my dearest friends to celebrate my birthday on Sunday. Turning 31 feels like turning 21! Have a HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!

Well, I had a blast taking Erin and Jason's photos. Erin was a little nervous in front of the camera, but that happens to almost anyone. We started off at Challenger 7 park in Clear Lake, then headed to Alvin. I loved Alvin, I'll be shooting there again soon.
Here are two of my favorites that we got. Erin and Jason really let loose and had a good time.

Today is my first official Blog! I'm going to try this thing out.
What a FAST year this has been! Between baseball, school, work and the family, it just flew by!
This month is going to be super busy.
This weekend I'm starting off with Erin and Jason's engagement photos. I'm so excited! I'm shooting at a park that I've been to but never actually took pictures at, so this should be fun! Then we are heading to Alvin to get some great backgrounds from the historic buildings. Should make for some great portraits!
My son has 2 baseball games this Sunday, so I'm not going to make it to church for my choir group to sing.
I know they will be fantastic!
I hope this blog finds everyone well. I thought I'd try it out so everyone can keep up with what's going on with ASP and my family. The holidays are coming and I only have a few spots left for Christmas photos. Please email me if you are interested.
I won't be able to do any more weddings the rest of the year. Unless it's a VERY small, short wedding. I just have too much on my calendar, and vacations we are planning.
I'll post more in the next few days.
Until then~ Capture the memories!
